My May 2nd resolution.
1. I am going do push-ups and sit-ups every morning and every night before going to bed.
2. I am going to eat better. Only healthy foods from now on. I want to reduce my calorie intake.
3. I need to cut down on my drinking. Only on weekends.
4. I need to get up early so I can go to the gym at 6am. My schedule is quickly filling up and I no longer have time to go to the gym at night. I seriously need to lose like 15 pounds. I should do what Arnold Schwartzeneger[?] did and wear low cut shirts so my belly will stick out. That’ll motivate me to exercise more, right?
5. I need to cut down on my TV and increase my Korean studies.
I can do it! Aza Aza Fighting!
