This is my sweet potato and smoked gouda omelet. The red onions really brought it together. I am going to steam the potatoes next time to get a creamier texture.





Balsamic Nectarine Salmon Wrap.

This worked like a gem. The balsamic honey reduction sauce merged wonderfully with the nectarines, the pan-seared and roasted salmon, and the brown sugar roasted almonds. The sprouts were a fresh highlight as well.






Blueberry Yogurt Stovecake. Not a pancake, but a stove cake. Make a really big Pancake in a pan and then sear one side and then put it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Oh, I also added a bit of lime juice to activate the baking powder.
