She cooks everyday and her recipes always look exciting. I’m always impressed with her use of local ingredients. Here’s a new recipe:

1 Squash
1 Carrot
1 Red pepper
half a big onion
Chicken stock
Salt and pepper
2 Tea spoons of curry powder
