You should start planning for Christmas Dinner!

Dear Toque Friends,

Thank you for all your response to our Thanksgiving feast.
We had a great time preparing the dinner and I'm glad that everyone who could make it enjoyed it as well.

For those of you who missed out on turkey then, we are once again having our annual Christmas Eve Six Course Dinner and Christmas Day Turkey Brunch Buffet.

* Christmas Eve Course \35,000 + VAT
- Reservation Times limited to 6:30 p.m. & 8:30 p.m.
- As usual, our course will consist of mostly a tradition menu with Toque's own interpretation
1. Open Oysters Po'Boy (Fried oysters with remoulade sauce and watercress)
2. French Onion Soup (Crouton soaked in homemade French Onion Soup gratinated with Onion Jam and Fried Onion)
3. Caesar Terrine on Seafood Mousse "Disc" with Romaine lettuce
4. Braised Beef-Ricotta Ravioli in Beef Tomato Sauce with Arugula
5. Chicken "Tenderloin Steak" with Mushroom Veloute
6. Chocolate-Pear Crepe with Creme Anglaise

*Christmas Day Turkey Brunch \35,000 + VAT
- Reservation will be taken from 11:00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m.(we've extended the time to all day due to high demand the previous years; we will close down our buffet table at 10:00 p.m.)
- There are no set reservation times but usually the rush is between 12:00 p.m. and 2 p.m. so I urge you to call in as soon as possible.
- The menu will be similar to Thanksgiving with slightly different side dishes: Turkey, Stuffing, Gravy, Mashed Potato, Cranberry sauce, Marinated Veggie Salad, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon & Sausage, Open Sandwich, Cheesecake, Pumpkin Pie, Scone, etc.


If you can't make it to these days, we are taking reservations for group parties so please call in and we will try to make your lunch/dinner memorable.
