Seoul Fall

Seoul Fall I was going through my photo library and came across this picture. I really like the contrast of the crooked trees in front of the bright fall leaves.

Food Shots: Monsters under the Sea

On a walk around Gangnam, we saw these interesting fish in the tanks. The owner told me what it was but I forget. They are majestic looking. Does anyone know what they are? Have they eaten them?

Hi Daniel! I’m going to Korea to visit my family in April… it’s going to be a quick trip, so do you have 2 or 3 places that are a MUST go to around Yong San/Itaewon area? I’m thinking about Ola Mario, but any other ideas?? We usually just go around to the markets in Dongdaemoon and nibble here and there at the vendors, but I want to take them out to a nice meal!

Amy, it depends on how much you want to spend and the type of cuisine. In Itaewon..hmmm…You have to go to St. Ex, La Bocca, Passion 5 and Tartine’s are great for dessert, I really like Petra’s by Noksopyeong Station for Turkish Food, Chef Meili’s has amazing sausages, Zelen is great for Bulgarian Food, and I like Tony’s Bar and Bistro for Australian Food.

    I hope that helps^^

    Dan
