Daniel Gray is a Korean adoptee that returned to Korean in 2005 because he wanted to try and find his birth mother and to learn about Korean culture.     Daniel, thanks for calling this NYTimes article to attention. I’d missed it on their site. You’ve inspired me to make myself fish tacos for lunch, substituting kimchi for the veggies in the tacos. I can hardly wait!
