Spicy and Crisp Buttermilk Chicken over Buttermilk Waffle

Topped with cream gravy

then with vermont maple syrup

Let the flavors marry for a bit.

Then chow down.

They call them the Demon Lover at 900 Grayson. I don’t know why, but I know that I would gladly sell my soul for another one. It’s in Berkeley.

"It's over in Berkeley, San Francisco." It sounds like a terrific place, Dan… in Berkeley. Period. ^^ You could say, "over in Berkeley, across the Bay Bridge from SF." Or "Berkeley, in the Bay area." But really, everyone knows where Berk. is. It's its own planet, really, keke, at least its own republic. But saying "Berkeley, SF" is like saying, "Cambridge, Boston" with the same relationship b/n the univ. town and the big city across the water.

::Bay Area girl and Berkeley alumna gets touchy::
