This is my favorite part of the holidays. The day after– and the the next week– I get to have Turkey sandwiches. My favorite sandwich is just a roll with a dab of butter on one side, some cranberry sauce and turkey. It is essential that the sandwich is seasoned with lots of black pepper.

hi dan, sandwich looks awesome. where do you find a bun like that?

I'm with you totally, with just two small revisions: mayo instead of butter, and cranberry relish instead of sauce. Relish imo tastes fresher and zingier against the turkey, esp. in a sandwich. Have a great recipe if you would like me to share.
