Ate here today (again) on my way to work; was craving a nice clean bowl of bibimbap, and sobahn delivers pretty well.

Got the tomato salad as a side, and the dressing was pretty good by Korean salad dressing standards – a balsamic vinegar and soy sauce reduction with lemon juice and vegetable and sesame seed oils, a rendition of the basic Japanese wa-fu dressing. A little on the sweet side but not bad.
