Tutti Matti in Karasukgil has closed. It’s quite sad, but I guess it was inevitable. The food there wasn’t that great and the wine menu was over priced. It didn’t help that they had 3 floors: a basement dance club, a cafe on the main floor, and a wine lounge on the top. Talk about your identity crisis!
It was WAY TOO BIBIMBAP!
They should have focused on one concept and done it well.
Regardless, the guys who ran it were pretty cool and I hope they will succeed in their next venture.

Add Ola Mario to that list as well.
Here is some additional information I found out by Tutti Matti:
Tutti Matti is going through a renovation/remodel, the guys wouldn't tell me–they wanted me to be surprised. Lachlan is out of the country at the moment. I'm curious to see what it will look like. I always thought that the decor, while pretty, looked difficult to clean on a regular basis. No proper drink station in the bar, staff reaching around guests, DJ station looked out of place, etc. I'm sure it will be an improvement.
