Dan Can Cook: I Made Butter from Scratch!

In preparation for our butter cooking class next Saturday, we have been working on our butter recipes for the class. It's amazing that with just some cream you can turn it into luscious, creamy butter. Oh, and you also have leftover buttermilk so you can make biscuits and breads and pancakes.
