There isn’t anything more American than pie and I think this one would be a great one from Tartine’s in Itaewon.  Here is Tartine’s write-up:

4th Of July -USA Independence Day
What a pie!  French Morello Cherries in honor of Marie-Joseph Paul Yves Roch Gilbert du Motier, Marquis de La Fayette and Boysenberries make up this star-spangled-banner pie.
By special order:http://www.tartine.co.kr/sub_html/menu/ordering.html
For those that are Canadian, the chef has not forgotten about you.
check out this maple leaf covered, butter tart!
CANADA DAY
O Canada!
Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.
Celebrate with a small or large pie with a Maple Leaf on it.  All of our pies are available in 25cm / 10inch size by Special Order; see our web-page for details:http://www.tartine.co.kr/sub_html/menu/ordering.html
