Rosemary Mojitos




I love rosemary because of it’s piney aromatics.

I love mojitos, but I haven’t been able to get a decent one in this country. I decided last night that I would make myself a nightcap, so I took my trusty microplane (it’s the best zester hands down and every chef should have 1.) and I decided to make myself a drink. Here are the directions.

Rosemary Mojitos. Take one smell stem of rosemary. Add a half teaspoon of sugar and take a spoon and crush the rosemary stem with the sugar. Then add some lemon zest…I would say about wedge’s worth of lime, add 1 shot vodka, ice and club soda. Enjoy. It’s a very refreshing nightcap. You can add the lemon wedge for a more of a citrus flavor.
