Taste of Jeju

Here are some restaurants

I visited during my trip to Jeju.


First up, Daemun-jip.

They’re known for grilled and braised hairtail fish,

and the food was great—

the staff were especially kind.


Second is Dangke Olle Guksu.

Jeju is famous for bommal guksu,

a noodle dish made with sea snails.

Light, comforting, and full of flavor.


Third, Kim Man-bok Gimbap.

Gimbap made with abalone-seasoned rice

and thick egg omelet—

simple, but incredibly satisfying.
