Taste of Jeju

Here are some restaurants

I visited during my trip to Jeju.

First up, Daemun-jip 대문집.

They’re known for grilled and braised hairtail fish,

and the food was great—

the staff were especially kind.

Second is Dangke Olle Guksu 당케올레국수.

Jeju is famous for bommal guksu,

a noodle dish made with sea snails.

Light, comforting, and full of flavor.

Third, Kim Man-bok Gimbap 제주김만복김밥.

Gimbap made with abalone-seasoned rice

and thick egg omelet—

simple, but incredibly satisfying.
