Fresh Perspective: Christmas as seen by a Newbie

It has only been a few weeks since I moved to Korea from the States and it just so happens that I arrived right smack in the middle of the holiday season. This is my very first Christmas here in South Korea and so far I have found Korean Christmas to be quite festive and mouth watering. Its impossible to avoid Christmas back in the States. Salted Caramel Latte Tres Leche Donut I love Salted Caramel Lattes, but the first one I got at the donut plant lacked the salty punch I was seeking. I told the barista and after 2 tries, she got it right. Yum. The Tres Leche donut is decadent. Delish.

Cinnamon Bun at Doughnut Plant in Ichon

Meh. Damn do I miss Cinnabon. What's the big deal about Doughnut Plant? I think the donuts are overpriced and bready and the coffee is watery. The only good thing they have are the salted caramel lattes.
