Fat Foodie: Day 10 and 11: Relapse

Day 10:

Breakfast: Uncle Bob's Peach Cobbler with Icecream, coffee, Uncle Bob's Biscuits.

Snack: Tuna Fish Sandwich on Bob's Biscuit

Lunch: Blueberry Salad at Bok Gardens

Dinner: Pork Backbone Stew (Kamjatang)

Exercise: Ran 30 minutes to burn 300 calories and swam 20 laps.

Day 11:

Breakfast: Coffee and Krispy Kreme Donuts

Lunch: Chocolate Cupcake, cheese and crackers

Dinner: 2 burgers with cheese and mustard, kitkats, 1 peanut butter Reese's egg

Exercise: none.

We all need a day of rest right? I guess I really took a rest and ate a bunch of crap as well. I sorta blame my uncle Bob because he and I have been having a cook off and he counters my
Korean cooking with buttery awesome cobblers and stuff.

My weight now is 174 pounds. Not as food as I thought before, but I believe the weight I have added is muscle.

Heck, I am here in Florida for vacation. A day of relapse is ok.
