Quick notes on burgers.

Burgers in Seoul
Corner Bistro. Hamburger. Meaty and well grilled a bit porky with a decent white sesame bun. The meat was a bit grizzley. The cheese was the regular sliced kind and topped with way too much stuff but the toppings were put on with thought. Mustard, Ketchup and there was a herbed mayonnaise that was lightly applied on the top bun. The lettuce was a mix of iceberg and arugula. The arugula was a very nice touch. Points for creativity.

This was one of the best burgers I've had so far.
