I went over to America with my suitcases full of Korean food and I returned with lots of American food. I got a lot of this stuff to give away to my fellow expats in Korea so... I think it is time to get started.
Leave the most comments on any posts on Seoul Eats and you can win 1 box of Girl Scout Cookies. I have 5 different types:
Dulce de Leche
Samoas
Tagalongs
Lemon
Thin Mints
The person who leaves the most comments will get first pick.
Note: comments should not be insulting or derogatory and please try not to be too spammy.

I'm putting high odds that this will end in spamful tears. I hope not of course. Look, I managed to hold back from making this one word per comment!
ReplyDeleteI can never decide whether I like thin mints, tagalongs, or somoas better. I surprised that I'm still the only one to comment after all these hours.
ReplyDeleteI like Thin Mints. Also it's any post, not just this one, right? Maybe everyone else is busy commenting on other stuff.

ReplyDeleteI'm beginning to doubt I have the commitment and resolve to actually win this. Not enough internet comment spamming experience, I guess.
ReplyDeleteSmart move Rachel...those cookies are all mine.. Mine.... MINE BWAHAHAHAHAHA
ReplyDeleteWell, whatever happens, I have the satisfaction of knowing that my first comment was correct.
ReplyDeleteIt also might be smart move, Dan, if you increase the time between being able to post successive comments (if that's even possible).
ReplyDeleteI will probably at least try until it starts isolating me from my friends and family.
ReplyDeleteOr, you know, cutting into my Skyrim time.
ReplyDeleteFact: Girl scout cookies were first sold (by one Scout unit) in Oklahoma in December of 1912. The first sale by more than one unit was in 1933 in Philadelphia. The first recipe was for a sugar cookie. They were made commercially starting in 1936.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a Girl Scout, I always got my mom to sell my cookies to her coworkers. This was also my strategy for my school's magazine drive.
ReplyDeleteI hear that one of the foreign food marts in Itaewon sells Girl Scout Cookies. Maybe my time would be better spent on going there and buying them. Or at least that's what I'll do if this fails.
ReplyDeleteIndeed, and it took so little time!
ReplyDeleteI'm willing to cut into my skyrim time for those bad boys. Hell, I'm even willing to take an arrow to the kn...
ReplyDeleteI for one will not resort to the one word per comment tactic either. Go integrity! 화이팅!
ReplyDeleteI hear that one of the foreign food marts in Whiterun sells Girl Scout Cookies. Maybe my time would be better spent on going there and buying them. Or at least that’s what I’ll do if this fails.
ReplyDeleteThat one doesn't seem to show up on my map. Perhaps I haven't discovered it yet...
ReplyDeleteBelethor's General Goods sells all kinds of general goods
ReplyDeleteI mean he would sell his sister if he had one, so it makes sense that Girl Scout cookies are game.
ReplyDeleteHey you I have five boxes of cookies right? Top commenters can only get one box. That is if I don't eat them all first!
ReplyDeleteLol. Don't worry. He won't get all the cookies. I am tempted to keep the tagalongs for myself if...I am not strong enough^^
ReplyDeleteI don't think it will fail. I'll mail you one.
ReplyDeleteJeff, tagalongs are my favorites. I used to love thin mints the most but I guess my taste has immatured over time^^
ReplyDeleteI didn't realize you were giving away all of them! And when are you stopping this comment-a-thon?
ReplyDeleteOpps...I should have said when. March 25th for 3 boxes and then March 31st for 2 more.
ReplyDeleteGot it. Excellent.
ReplyDeleteSo are the cookies being given away to the top 5 commenters on 5 different threads?
ReplyDeleteOr is there potential
