My general rule is if it looks old then it must be good. Anyang Gamjatang is a perfect example. They serve Biji pork spine and potato stew. This version has some tofu...trash. Relax. It's the ground up soybeans after making tofu. It adds a creamy thickness to the pork broth. Really delicious. Worth the journey to Anyang.
