We operate rain or shine! The tour includes indoor and covered areas, and the natural beauty of these locations is stunning in any weather. We'll provide umbrellas if needed and adjust the schedule to ensure you have the best experience possible.
How can I book my tour?
To secure your spot, simply email us your full name at hello@8birdstravel.com and send a deposit of 15% of the tour cost. The remaining balance is due 7 days before departure. Once your deposit or full payment is confirmed, we'll send you all the details for your tour day.
What is the payment policy?
A 15% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before departure. For tours booked within 7 days of the start date, full payment is required within 24 hours of reserving your spot.

What if I need to cancel?
We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full tour price.
