Join us for a day trip to the Yeongdong Grape and Nangye Traditional Music Festival on Saturday 23rd August 2008

Itinerary:

6.40am
Meet at Seoul Station to catch 7:20am train to Yeongdong (Mugunghwa Service #1203 – 07.20)

10.00am
Arrive at Yeongdong Station (09.57)

10.30 –2.00pm
Enjoy the various activities on offer at the Grape Festival & Nangye Traditional Music Festival (including lunch). Have a go at grape crushing, or try the other fun and games (all with a grape theme!), enjoy performances from skilled masters of traditional Korean music, and perhaps have a go at playing or even making your own instruments.

2.00 – 3.30pm
Travel to Okgye Waterfall and spend time exploring the beautiful scenery

4.30 – 6.00pm
Visit Wine Korea - one of the biggest producers of wine in Korea and here, at their headquarters, you can visit their farm and have a go at picking your own grapes.

6.00 – 6.15pm
Return to Yeongdong Station ti catch the 6:45pm train to Seoul(Mugunghwa Service #1218 – 18.48). Arrive Seoul Station at 9.30pm
