Hi, I’m Daniel Gray. I’m a Korean-American storyteller, tour guide, and food expert who’s passionate about sharing Korea’s rich culture with the world. Over the years, I’ve hosted travelers, curated immersive tours, and appeared on shows like Netflix’s Street Food: Asia – Seoul. My goal is simple: to help you connect deeply with Korea through meaningful experiences, delicious food, and unforgettable stories.
You can get them in Itaewon on Friday and Saturday Nights. They are usually parked outside across the street from Hamilton Hotel. They are hot, crispy and delicious. You have an option of Chicken or Cheese.
Those look really good. It really is a great street food (easily portable).
I was surprised to see an empanadas place yesterday across from the Wolfhound. I assume it's new, since I haven't seen it before. Might also be worth a try.
OH MY GOD! I WANT THEM TOO!!! FROM THE PICTURES I COULD TELL THAT THESE ARE RIQUIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISISISISISMAS I M FROM ECUADOR AND I HAVE NOT TASTED YET, BUT VERY SOON I WILL! ANDRES I LOVE U, IF YOU MADE THEM, I BELIEVE THAT ARE AMAZING HAHAHA. DIANA ND ANDRES CONGRATS!! MUAK
Hey, hey, hey! Empanadas!! This is not a pizza pop. This is not a curry puff. This is not a samosa or beef petty. Different from all of that, this is an EMPANADA! Very Latin, Very Ecuador! Should try it, shouldn't miss it! This is the Shit!
Dan!! How did I not know these existed in Korea! I'm dying here... I wonder if they taste like Chilean (and only the best!) empanadas de queso. Ummmm... my mouth is watering!
Pam, they're not bad. I mean the crust is flaky. The cheese could be of better quality. I believe it was mozzarella. Regardless, I enjoyed them. They serve them with siracha chili sauce. I haven't seen them out lately, but they are usually parked outside of Baskin Robbins.
