Oh, Korea: Red Bean Kalguksu

Do you know what Pat Juk is? It's red bean porridge and now it comes with noodles. It's a wonderful winter dish because the red bean porridge stays hot for a long time and the noodles are slurpy. I recommend you season it with a bit of sugar and cinnamon.

  5. redbean and kalguksu?? an abomination to the craft of handmade noodles by little grandma in the back!

    btw, any good kalguksu these days? the last time i was there, my favorite place,  안동국시, is gone.
