i know this cake! honey and walnuts, ne? i buy a slice 2 blocks from my office in Seattle, made at an Armenian bakery nearby and then re-sold at Bulldog News, an independent bookseller and espresso stand on the Ave. (the main shopping street near the U of Washington). You're right, Marian: it is THE most heavenly cake ever ~~ so flavorful but also very light.
