Just a short post, but wow, the cappuccino I got at De Espresso Room in Haebangchon was amazing. The shot was poured just right and the foam was sweet whipped microfoam that can only be made with care and precision.

He does food tours, events, and consulting in Seoul and owns two restaurants: Brew 3.14 and Brew 3.15 in Seoul.
