We visited Sancheong Charcoal Garden, a well-known BBQ restaurant located in Euljiro. This place specializes in charcoal-grilled pork made with premium Jirisan black pork, and is especially popular among locals.
Waiting is usually required — even on a weekday afternoon, we waited about an hour.

Side dishes such as pollock roe ssamjang, pickled vegetables, and seasoned green onions are neatly prepared to pair perfectly with the meat.
The salt-grilled pork was juicy with a subtle smoky flavor, while the gochujang-marinated pork offered a deliciously spicy kick.
Definitely worth the wait. If you’re visiting Euljiro, this spot is highly recommended.
