Every place we choose is safe, well-kept, and full of authentic Korean charm, with essentials like good showers, Wi-Fi, and laundry access. Most have air-conditioning or fans for comfort. Prefer a bit more privacy? Private room upgrades are usually available when booked in advance.
Who looks after our bags when we’re on transport and/or day excursions?
Your bags will be safely stored at our partner hostels, where each one is tagged and logged for extra peace of mind. We’ve never had an incident of lost or stolen luggage—so you can relax, ride light, and focus on enjoying the adventure.

Once your deposit or full payment is confirmed, we’ll request your passport details (name, date of birth, and passport number) so we can prepare your booking pack.

Absolutely! South Korea’s diverse food scene makes it easy to accommodate special dietary needs or preferences. Simply let your tour guide know, and they’ll help you find delicious options that work for you—you might even uncover a new favorite dish along the way!
What travel insurance do I need for South Korea?
We require all our customers to have backpackers travel insurance when coming on the trip. We recommend purchasing a travel insurance that offers ‘Bad Weather or Natural Disaster Coverage’.
If something happens, will I be able to get necessary medical attention?
All South Korean cities have hospitals and clinics in case of emergencies. Regardless of where you are in South Korea, medical treatment is available, and your tour guide will always be on hand to help take you to a hospital if worse comes to worst.
How do I get money in South Korea?
You can withdraw cash at ATMs in most major cities and tourist areas, and your tour guide will let you know when the next opportunity to do so will be. Keep in mind that not all ATMs accept foreign cards, so it’s worth checking with your bank in advance. We also recommend notifying your bank before you travel, as many cards may apply foreign transaction fees when used abroad.
