Shin Ramen and Kimchi is how we do it in Korea. Now as a father I have learned how to make Ramen with nearly no sound like a ninja. I like to add an egg in it just as the ramen starts to bubble. The kimchi is a perfect complement. Hey it might not be the healthiest but it is my comfort food that goes well with a side of Stranger Things.

Having a Cuban sandwich with tomato soup at Cuba Kings. Soup is great. Has some toasted rice on top and it is nicely spiced with decent body. The sandwich would have been great if it was freshly toasted instead of premade and briefly heated. Two meals and Antman on Korean Air. I got lucky for the plane is one of the newer models that is a bit roomier and with a very good entertainment system. I like that the entertainment system has a USB port to charge my devices. Meals have been ok. First I had a chicken salad and then a kung pao chicken for the second. Just a few more hours till I am in Milan, Italy. #hostmilano2015 #koreanair #travelgram
