Late Night: Cocktails at Berlin and Wings at Phillies

Berlin. On top of the hill across from McDonalds in Itaewon. They make a decent martini, but the best thing about this place is the view. It overlooks the Itaewon Street. After the classy Berlin Bar, I ended up at my local bar: Phillies. After a beer and a shot (I had to get Crown Royal because they don't carry Jameson any more- BOOO!). The wings are great. They are big, cooked all the way through and the sauce is spicy and vinegary- just the way I like it.
