Tomato Cheese Tart I know, this might sound weird, but this is a tomato cheese tart. It's on a thick crust with a cream cheese like filling topped with glazed and skinned cherry tomatoes. So how did it taste? Actually quite good. It was hard for me to initially wrap my head around the idea of tomato, but it tasted good. I mean tomatoes are fruit after all. Dan

Seaweed Chocolate So, you have seen the kimchi chocolates and the red pepper chocolates and even the cactus chocolates, but this, THIS, is just an atrocity. They took seaweed (laver, actually) and combined it with chocolate. CHOCOLATE to produce a taste that is just wrong. It tastes like milk-chocolate dog crap that leaves an aftertaste of old socks that lingers until you rip out your tongue or brush your teeth many times. Gross. Gross. On a side note, the makgeolli chocolates that are behind the seaweed chocolates were actually ok. Dan 

Fruit Jam Sushi You know that you have no place in the kitchen when you basically just give up and serve an abomination. This is gross. What you have is a rice roll filled with carrot and cucumber covered in cherry jam, blueberry jam, and honey mustard (I guess that is a dessert food after all). It was so gross looking that I had to try one. The rice was mushy and the jam too sweet, the vegetables tasted wrong in this food bomb. I guess somebody liked it, because they were all gone by the end of the night. Dan
