I was lucky enough to get a couple of bloggers and good friends to come out to Hongdae with me on Sunday. I spent the morning with my roomie Carol and we went to Myeongdong Gyoja for the best calguksu in Korea. In the evening I went out with Lunalil, Mike, Sosun, and the photographer extraordinaire: Jess to check out Jangeorang and Cacoaboom. It was a great day. I'll have a full review of Jangeorang soon.
We found a cafe across the street from Jangeorang called Starwars coffee!
Also, the Korean company CJ is starting to sell Indian prepacked meals. I am going to have to give them a try at some point.

I was at the HBC on saturday and had philly cheese steak sandwich at indigo. It was quite good, not as good as I had one in Philladelphia though.
Do you have any recommendation for HBC area restaurants?

ReplyDeleteOh I found the book that I got from the tourist center. It's a great deal smaller. Something like "Best restaurants in Seoul according to Foreigners" of course I forgot to write down the exact name before coming to work. oops! :)
