My bread pan was a bit long so I divided my bread into three parts. Here is one of the sections.

I love the smell and the taste of fresh bread right out of the oven. The bread is very lush and soft and it is perfect with the black cherry jam.

I have to say, this has been the perfect Sunday. I taught a class early this morning so I didn't sleep in all day. Then I came home and made a salad and a steamed tofu dish. Then I did some work while drinking coffee from Cafe Vita. I ended the day by making bread and I think I'll use the bread for a couple sandwiches tomorrow.
