Sura-on: 14 courses of Korean Royal Court Cuisine

Daniel Lee Gray

I went to Sura-on restaurant for Royal Court Cuisine. My meal had 14 courses and the place also had music and traditional dance performances. It was a great experience, one you must experience in Seoul. This video does have every single course, because some weren't picture worthy, but I did get most of them.

Sura-on is located near Express bus terminal station. The map with location can be found here:

    Dear Dan,
I tried to view the video, but it says it is a private video. Could you please make the video public? I really would like to go here when I visit Seoul later this year.

  8. Everyone, thank you so much for commenting. Stephen, the meal was 55,000 per person. There was a cheaper one for 35,000 and there was a more expensive one for 77,000. When you get here, let me know and I can give you advice on other great places to go to.

  9. Hey Daniel,

I was looking at your newest post of restaurant recommendations, and you posted this twice. So it must have been a good experience.

I checked out the website, but not a lot of useful information unless I have my Korean friend translate it. Was it an easy place to make reservations, if they even take them. Did you pick you set beforehand? Do they have English menus?

Are there any other restaurants you recommend for a special occasion?
