My favorite dish at Haap is the patbingsu: homemade, sweetened red bean over finely shaved ice mixed with milk and a bit of citron. It is topped with the softest dollop of potato rice cake I have ever had.

Just in case you were wondering, one bottle of Soju contains 540 calories. That's like 4 beers. So to put it in perspective, you would need to walk about two hours to exercise it off.
