I needed to be healthy today so I am doing temple cuisine at Balwoo Kong. Today's menu is brown rice with beans, radish greens kimchi, boiled peanuts, jeon, oak mushrooms in a mustard vinegarette, mugwort pancakes and soup. All for 7,000 won wow!

My boss had the mushroom topped rice.
Dan

ReplyDeleteand your plate of food looks like you went to the buffet of nutrition and heaven.
Thanks. They were both quite filling.
ReplyDeleteDan, thank you so much for giving me a reply!
ReplyDeleteAlso, would you mind I make a suggestion for a restaurant review?
I know you're SUPER busy, but I was hoping you could, perhaps, check it out.
I was looking at some other blogs, and came across this lady who wrote about having her anniversary meal at restaurant that serves an extensive vegetarian course. I really would like to hear your take and an expert explanation of the dishes, because they looked incredibly amazing.

hopefully this isn't too different from your usual work, and is compatible with your schedule for you grace a review on it.
but i realize that there are probably quite a few interesting eateries all over the place, with you not being able to see all of them, so of course i know that you might not be able to spare time for this either.
thought I'd give it a try.
i also appreciate and value your sincere opinions about food. From your reviews, I also feel that you are a pretty genuine and cool guy in general.
