Here is a jar of Chef Hyejin's famous Soy Sauce Pickles that she made as prizes for the fermentation celebration party that is happening Saturday. She made these a couple days ago to let them pickle and then sealed them in the jars today. These pickles are a big hit at our school and we often eat them as a snack or with our lunch. We have also been experimenting with Andong Jjimdak. Here is a sample that we made for a student that requested it. We'll be making this next month on Saturday so be sure to sign up.

Here is a message I got today. Hey Dan, This is Justin Jackson, I'm a friend of Susanna's, I've met you once or twice. I'm on the look out for a great jjimdak place some where near itaewon or the surronding area. I was wondering if you had any places you would recommend. Thanks in advance. Justin I know that there are a ton of them in Myeongdong, but in Itaewon? No. Roboseyo says the original place that started the whole Jjimdak craze is in Hyewha. I'm not sure which exit it is. Oh, and you try it in Andong. It's awesome. Any other suggestions? Dan
