Photoblog: Halloween at Ka-brew

So for Halloween, I went up to Miasamgeori to hang out with a couple of friends and ran into quite a few costumed feigns. I felt a bit out of place because I didn't have a costume. Some of the people really went all out. Here we have a grape and...a person with glasses and a nose. Oh, and Kabrew gave 100,000 won away for the best costume. I have no idea what this guy's costume was. He's wearing a tie and he is doing th Korean girl pose. Maybe he's a transvestite. Awwww....look at the kitty. Here is your winner. He's a head on a table. Here is a placenta...I mean kimchi with matching metal chopsticks. Sorry, the placenta comment was actually asked by my nemesis, Roboseyo. Max...are you of age to drink? Ummmm...here is Charlie Chaplin. Oh, Ajumma, how I love thee. Your elbows look extra sharp today. Here is a shot of my nemesis. You're lucky it's out of focus or you would die of shock.  Happy Halloween!

All you can drink beer for 10,000 won and English Teachers drink free

Of course there is a catch. This is the e-mail I got from Jason Lindley about Ka-Brew's English Teacher Night I'd love to see you guys tonight as I'll be there handling "English Teacher night":  It will be 10% off for all English teachers and Professors.  Also, professors drink for free if they bring 5 or more drinking age students.  Also, Alley Kat will be included in the beer buffet price. This event will be on Friday, October 9th Only. Regardless, I don't think they realized that most of the teachers can drink the students under the table. Directions: Miaseomgori station, exit 3, walk 35 meters straight. You will pass a KEB bank, and Ka-Brew is two buildings after that, on the ground floor of the Ecopia building. If you walk past the KEB for more than a minute you've probably gone too far.
