Sure the music is cheesy, but the lady is sweet. I really enjoy watching Maangchi cook and her recipes are really simple for follow. She is teaching how to make Jap Chae here and her recipe looks pretty good. You can check the rest of her videos on Youtube and at her website: www.maangchi.com
