Hi, I’m Daniel Gray. I’m a Korean-American storyteller, tour guide, and food expert who’s passionate about sharing Korea’s rich culture with the world. Over the years, I’ve hosted travelers, curated immersive tours, and appeared on shows like Netflix’s Street Food: Asia – Seoul. My goal is simple: to help you connect deeply with Korea through meaningful experiences, delicious food, and unforgettable stories.
I don't know how Joe from Zenkimchi does it, but he consistently finds all the really weird food in Korea. It must be the grocery store in Ansan. Here we have a Popsicle with gum. Yum...cold...argh...cavity! Oh wait, I have gum.
here in the US we have frozen sugar-water, basically. i think american popsicle's don't compare with Korean melon bars & red bean nuggets. What do you think? how was that strawberry one?
the popsicles are awesome. My favorite are the green melon pops. they have milk for creaminess and they add some crazy emulsifier to keep it smooth. (it's probably rice powder or something). The lotte milkshakes are good too. I'd send you some, but I think they'll melt in the mail.^^ thanks for reading!
