Here is a salad with roasted squash, caramel walnuts, and chicken topped with a persimmon dressing.

And here is a ginger- gochujang stir fry.

    Anyway, everything looks delicious! What's that egg-roll kinda thing in the first pic (http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_9MOB-niqBbI/SQZyXmtXdFI/AAAAAAAAB1k/u3ysznEd3UU/s1600-h/IMG_0837-762643.jpg)? Seems to me like there're bits of carrots, tomatoes and peas. It looks yummy!
