Now I think gochukaru (ê³ ì¶”ê°€ë£¨) is great for stews, as a dry rub, in sauces, in soups, etc- but what else have people used it for?

Rim a bloody mary glass with gochukaru salt.
ReplyDeleteadd it to zesty Italian dressing, shake it up and pour ovr salad. Believe it or not, it add bit of color and slow burn - hint of spiciness - Try IT!
