Thick and cloudy, the broth gives life to the noodles. They also give you a garlic press so you can put a whole clove of garlic in it. Sure, it's not your traditional shoyu ramen, but it's damn good.

ReplyDeleteha, ichi-rmaen is a ripoff of ICHIRAN ramen in Fukuoka, its very famous. Well, most Koreans wont know it, so they can just take the vibe of the place, but I bet its not the taste!
ReplyDeleteI eat Hakoya, but Ive never had a true Japanese Ramen in Korea. I lived in Japan for 4 years, I know! hehe

ReplyDeleteI recommend Sagaramen in Sinsa near Garusogil. I can't remember what they called it but the first ramen on the menu is very good, closest to Japan's.
