Fishball Story at Golden Mile Food Center, Singapore

At fish ball story with Douglas. Fish ball is the grandma's recipe. Learned fishballs in 4 months and learned cooking at hawker markers. Great noodle dish with a bouncy, complex-tasting fishballs. The noodles are the perfect texture and the samba sauce has surprising heat.
